Our Pre-School children have been learning about EID..

This week we have been learning about Eid. Rahena has sat down with all the children and explained about Eid. She did this using a story and props that she kindly brought in. Rahena helped the children dress up in saris. Additionally she introduced the prayer mat and all the children got involved.

Rahena made some traditional Eid food and all children tried these and gave their opinions of the taste. Some children said the food was spicy, yummy and it smells nice.
